Conditions of Return
We would gladly accept any returns if the product received by the customer is damaged or defective. To receive a refund or exchange, the goods must be returned to ToysGallary.com in their original condition, unwashed and unused, with original tags and undamaged packaging.
Complaint Submission: Any complaints must be filed within 24 hours of delivery. Please email support@toysgallary.com with a short video and images of the damaged or malfunctioning product.
Non-Returnable Items
Refund or exchange requests based on personal preference or dislike for the product will not be considered. However, if you encounter any problems, please send them to support@toysgallary.com for review.

Refund & Exchange Process
Refunds and exchanges are processed within seven business days after receiving and reviewing the returned product.
Reimburse Method: If we are unable to fulfill your order and you have paid in advance, we will reimburse your money directly to your bank account within 7 working days. Please email support@toysgallary.com with your bank account information and the issue you are experiencing.
Return shipping is the customer’s obligation. The consumer is responsible for returning the product using a traceable delivery method, such as courier or registered post, at their own expense. Delivery expenses will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Color Variations
Color Policy: The colors of products may differ upon delivery. hue variations are not covered by any exchange or refund policy unless you paid an additional fee for a specific hue.
Return Packaging Requirements: Please do not apply tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s packaging. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate state, we have the right to return it to you.
